Can the PagAmico automated cash payment system issue a fiscal receipt?
The PagAmico Automated Cash Payment System is not directly connected to fiscal processing. However, the PagAmico 4B can be equipped with an integrated thermal printer, which does not have fiscal capabilities.
This printer can be used for:
- POS transaction confirmations
- Cash reports
- Summaries of deposits and withdrawals
Information transmitted by the cash register system, such as QR codes, loyalty cards, service receipts, or orders
Does the POS terminal installed in the pagAmico automated cash payment system support contactless payments via smartphone Apps?
Yes, all Ingenico POS models installed in our PagAmico Automated Cash Payment System support contactless payments (NFC).
The POS model 5K allows both contactless payments and transactions where the card must be inserted and a PIN entered. Additionally, all common payment apps for smartphones and smartwatches are compatible.
Does the software of the pagAmico automated cash payment system need to be regularly updated? Can these updates be performed remotely?
Yes, like any modern software, the PagAmico Automated Cash Payment System software may require regular updates to ensure security, stability, and user-friendliness.
Thanks to the integrated 4G connection, these updates can be performed remotely by PayPrint, ensuring that the system remains up-to-date without the need for an on-site technician.

All PagAmico Automated Cash Payment System terminals with change dispenser are equipped with integrated buffer batteries that provide the necessary autonomy in the event of a power outage, allowing ongoing transactions to be completed.
Additionally, the system sends automatic notifications via SMS or email to registered contacts in case of a power failure. If the power outage is caused by attempted tampering, the PagAmico automated cash payment system remains active to trigger connected security alarms.

Is the pagAmico automated cash payment system secure? can it be easily removed in the event of theft?
All PagAmico models ensure maximum security thanks to the integration of a 4G router, accelerometer, and backup batteries. Additionally, Payprint offers an optional mounting kit, which includes a metal plate anchoring system to securely fix the unit to the store’s furniture, making it difficult to remove.
PagAmico is also equipped with two relays that can be used to activate specific actions or additional alarms, such as external sirens, fog generators, automatic door locking, or security cameras. Yes! If your cash register (RT) supports an X-On/X-Off communication protocol (as most market-standard models do), a seamless connection with the PagAmico Automated Cash Payment System is possible.
To use it, you only need an Android tablet on which the PagAmico POS software is installed – this software is provided by PayPrint free of charge
